Role of peritoneal equilibration test in adjusting peritoneal dialysis scheme

目的 探讨腹膜平衡试验 (PET)在调整腹膜透析 (PD)方案及提高PD效果中的作用。方法 根据PET结果 ,结合临床疗效及血清尿素氮、血肌酐 ,对 2 2例持续性不卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)患者的透析方案作适当调整。结果 2 2例CAPD患者中因透析不充分 ,需调整PD方案的有 8例 ;根据PET结果调整PD方案后 ,8例中有 7例的透析已充分 ,取得了满意的效果。

Objective To investigate the role of peritoneal equilibration test(PET) in the adjustment of peritoneal dialysis (PD) scheme.Methods The PD schemes of 22 continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) patients were adjusted properly according to the results of PET, clinical manifestation, plasma BUN and creatinine levels.Results Among the 22 CAPD patients, 8 ones couldn't get adequate dialysis, and their PD schemes must be adjusted properly. After adjusting their PD schemes according to the results of PET, 7 of 8 patients got adequate dialysis.Conclusion PET is an important basis on making and adjusting PD scheme.
