摘要
根据潜伏式浇口设置在滑块上的特殊情况,设计了推出滑块上潜伏式浇口凝料的推出机构。该推出机构主要由推杆和导滑座组成。在抽芯时,通过滑块带动推杆在导滑座斜面上滑动,实现推杆相对于滑块向上运动,将浇口凝料从滑块中顺利推出。
An ejector mechanism to eject the coagulation material of submarine gate in the slide was designed based on the mode' s special features. The mechanism is mainly composed of ejector pin and guide slide seat. In the core-pulling process, the ejector pin is driven by the slide which moves in the guide slide seat slope with which the relative move- ment of the ejector pin and slide is achieved and the coagulation material is stripped from the slide.
