摘要
总结赵娥花指导奥运会赛艇亚军黄文仪的成功经验,发现瑞士球的辅助训练起着关键作用。因此,将此方法进行实验,进一步验证瑞士球在赛艇运动训练中的作用。
By summarized the successful experience of Zhao Ehua teaches Huang Wenyi who is the second place winner of rowing project in Olympic Games, this paper finds that Swiss ball training plays a critical role in training. Therefore, it experiment this method to test deeply the effect of using Swiss ball in rowing athletes training.
