体验式教学模式在《金匮要略》教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨体验式教学模式在《金匮要略》教学中的教学效果。方法湖北中医药大学2009级中医1班和2班随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用传统的教学模式,实验组采用体验式教学模式。试验时间为一学期。观察试验后学生的考试成绩和沟通能力。结果试验组期末考试成绩为79.45±1.33,对照组期末考试成绩为74.25±1.54,试验组优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组沟通能力考核成绩为80.76±1.43,对照组沟通能力考核成绩为72.69±1.27,试验组优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体验式教学方法不但从客观上提高了学生的理论成绩,也从主观上提高了学生与患者的沟通能力,加深学生对经典中的杂病诊疗体系和经方的了解,教学效果明显。 Objective To explore the experience type teaching mode in "synopsis of prescriptions of the Golden Chamber" teaching effect. Methods Huhei University of traditional Chinese medicine traditional Chinese medicine class 1 and class 2 of grade 2009 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group used the traditional teaching mode; the experimental group used the experience type teaching mode. The test time was for one semester. Experimental observation on post test scores of students and the ability of communication. Results In the experimental group, the final exam was 79. 45 ± 1.33 and the control group was 74. 25 ± 1.54. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Experimental group communication ability score was 80.76 ± 1.43 and the control performance assessment group communication ability was 72.69 ± 1.27. The test group was better than control group and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The experience type teaching method not only objectively improved the theory achievement of students but also from the subjective improved the ability of communication with patients and deepened students' understanding of classic of miscellaneous diseases diagnosis and treatment system and classical prescription, teaching effect.
