摘要
从总体趋势、法律状态、国内外分布、主要申请人和技术构成等方面对我国国家知识产权局1985年至2012年公开(公告)的稀土发光材料产业专利信息进行了分析,提出了稀土发光材料产业的发展对策。
From the aspects of general tendency,the status of patent laws,domestic and overseas distribution,principal patent applicants and technology structure etc,analysis is made of the patent information on the rare-earth luminescent material industry,which are published（announced）by China＇s State Intellectual Property Office in the years of 1985～2012.And development strategy is proposed for rare-earth luminescent material industry.
