建立近红外光谱分析技术快速检测酿酒专用粮理化指标的分析方法,解决了原有的酿酒原料粮食检测方法耗时费力,不能满足大生产需要的问题,近红外光谱分析技术测定过程迅速,分析方式简单,无需溶剂,可同时测定多项指标,误差较小,样品可以被重复测定和利用,对浓香型白酒的发展具有十分重要的意义。

NIR for rapid detection ofphysiochemical indexes of liquor-making grains had been developed, which could satisfy the requirements of large-scale production and settle previous problems in grains detection such as time-consuming and labor-consuming. NIR had the advantages including rapid detection, simple analysis, no solvents required, simultaneous detection of multiple indexes, small detection error, and repeated detection and utilization of samples. Accordingly, its use is of great importance for the development of Nongxiang liquor.
