浅谈大学生葡萄酒文化素养的培育

Discussion on the Cultivation of College Students' Cultural Attainment on Grape Wine

葡萄酒文化素养是素质教育的重要组成部分,提高葡萄酒文化素养有利于提高大学生的文化品位、审美情趣、人文素养和科学素质。介绍了葡萄酒文化素养的内涵及其影响因素,着重从葡萄酒文化课程建设、课堂教学组织、积极开展丰富多彩的课外活动、构建新型学生评价体系等几个方面论述了大学生葡萄酒文化素养的培养途径。

Cultural attainment on grape wine is an important component of quality education. To improve the cultural attainment on grape wine is helpful for improving college students＇ cultural taste, aesthetic taste, humanity accomplishment, and scientific quality. In this paper, the connota- tion of cultural attainment on grape wine and its influencing factors were introduced. The cultivation approaches of college students＇ cultural at- tainment on grape wine were elaborated from the aspects including offering grape wine culture course, organizing classroom teaching, developing extracurricular activities actively, and constructing new-type student evaluation systems etc.
