摘要
跟踪研究了我国城市人口和城市建设用地面积从1981到2009年变化的总体态势和区域格局,并对城市建设用地面积和城市人口增长率的耦合状态进行了定量分析。针对当前我国城市发展现状,我们国家在城市建设中要最大程度地发挥土地资源的优化配置,方可缓解建设用地供给与需求之间的矛盾。
This paper studies the overall trends and regional patterns of urban population and urban construction land area of China from 1981 to 2009,and conducts a quantitative analysis on the coupled state of the growth rates of urban construction land area and urban population.In view of the status quo of urban development in China,the paper proposes that the state should maximize the optimal configuration of land resources in the urban development so as to alleviate the conflicts between the supply and the demand of construction land.
