摘要
苏州在"全面保护古城风貌"方针指导下,30多年来,名城保护工作取得显著成效,古城功能进一步提升、人口得到疏解,已实现控制古城人口的规划目标,但古城发展能力却明显不如周边新区。本次苏州历史文化名城保护规划寻找古城发展困境与古城人口的关系,从现状人口特征分析入手,从恢复古城活力的角度出发,对古城各类人口进行合理引导,力求使古城人口结构得以优化,从而促进古城发展。
Under the guidance of ＂all-sided landscape conservation of ancient city＂ policy over the last 30 years,remarkable progress has been achieved in the realm of ancient city conservation.Not only has the city function been promoted,but the population has decreased.Although the planning has achieved its target in population control,for the ancient city,its development capacity still lags behind the surrounding new districts.As the Conservation Planning of Suzhou Ancient City （2013-2030） explores the relationship between development dilemmas and population,the paper sets out to analyze the characteristics of current population.From the perspective of ancient city revitalization,the paper argues that different population groups in ancient city should be subject to reasonable guidance,so as to optimize the population structure and to ultimately promote the development of Suzhou Ancient City.
