摘要
把握苏州市成立全国惟一的"国家历史文化名城保护示范区"这一机遇,《苏州历史文化名城保护规划(2013-2030)》提出以全面的名城保护观为指导思想,在古城构建以公共交通和慢行交通为主的综合交通体系,合理管控交通需求,建设现代绿色交通的展示区,从"公共交通、人本交通、低碳交通、智慧交通、可控交通和特色交通"等方面入手制定综合性交通政策和措施。
On the occasion that China set up its only ＂national demonstration zone for historical and cultural relics protection＂ in Suzhou,the Conservation Planning of Suzhou Ancient City （2013-2030） was compiled,which proposed to,under the guiding thought of all-sided historic city conservation,build a comprehensive transportation system dominated by public transport and slow traffic,reasonably control the traffic demand,build the exhibition area for modem green transportation,and develop comprehensive transportation policies and measures attentive to ＂public transportation,people-oriented transportation,low-carbon transportation,intelligent transportation,controllable transportation and featured transportation＂.
