摘要
在研究高校学生管理知识共享的影响因素及其与管理绩效的影响关系的基础上,通过对东北13所高校学生管理工作者的随机调研,基于实证研究的方法,探讨了不同激励条件下高校学生管理知识共享对管理绩效的影响差异,构建并检验了调节模型。结果表明:在有效激励时,所有的影响路径都显著;在激励不足时,利他愿望和管理经验对知识共享的影响不显著。激励越强,知识共享的主体因素、客体因素和环境因素对高校学生管理知识共享的影响越显著,同时,知识共享对学生管理绩效的影响也越显著。
The study examines the relationship between university knowledge sharing and management perform-ance .By random survey and interviews from student managers of 13 universities in the Northeast ,we discuss the different influences of knowledge sharing on management performance based on the moderating effects of incentive .Then we develop a theoretical model and make an empirical research .The results show that all hy-pothesis are supported when the incentive is available .The hypothesis of altruism desire and management expe-rience are not supported when the incentive is unavailable .Then the stronger the incentive mechanism is ,the more significant the positive influences of factors on knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing on management performance are .
