基于SWOT分析模型的天津港钢铁物流研究

Based SWOT Research in Tianjin Port Steel Logistics

天津港是我国沿海主枢纽港和综合运输体系的重要枢纽,是华北、西北地区能源物资和原材料运输的主要中转港,是北方地区的集装箱干线港和发展现代物流的重要港口。文章运用SWOT分析模型对天津港钢铁物流的优势、劣势、面临的威胁和机遇进行了分析,并提出了针对天津钢铁物流更好发展的政策建议及天津钢铁物流的国际化发展方向。

Tianjin port is an important hub of China＇s major coastal hub port and a comprehensive transport system, is the North China, Northwest energy supplies and the main transit transportation of raw materials in Hong Kong, is an important port container hub port and the development of modern logistics in north area. In this paper, using the SWOT analysis model of Tianjin port advantage, iron and steel logistics weaknesses, threats and opportunities are analyzed, and puts forward the development direction of the internationalization of Tianjin iron and steel logistics better development policy recommendations and Tianjin iron and steel logistics.
