摘要
随着电商迅猛发展,快递业也迎来一个春天,但是快递业在高速发展过程中,也出现了一些问题,如服务差、速度慢、成本高、响应慢等。文章阐述电子商务与快递之间的关系,分析在电商环境下这些问题产生的根本原因,并提出相应的对策,以期实现快递企业快速反应。
With the rapid development of the eleetricity supplier, express industry has also ushered in a spring. But in the process of rapid development of express industry, there have been some problems, such as poor service, slow, high cost, and slow response. This paper expound the relationship between E-commerce and express, analyze the causes of these problems in E-business environment, and propose the corresponding countermeasures to realize the express enterprise quick respnnse.
