摘要 通过研究人体特性和人体机构的运动规律,详细介绍了国内外确定轿车驾驶室设计的理论依据,通过一系列运算公式和方法得到驾驶室调整时的人体机构运动变化。对靠背曲线进行了优化,以及对驾驶室座椅、方向盘、仪表盘进行设计优化,为轿车驾驶座椅的设计提供了科学依据。提出部分优化轿车内驾驶环境设计的建议,探讨使轿车驾驶室的人一机—环境系统总体性能达到最优的因素,为驾驶室环境安全性、舒适性和宜人性的设计提供了一定的参考。 By studying the characteristics and the movemen of the human body,the theory basis of determine the bridge at home and abroad was introduced in detail,when the bridge was obtained by a seies of computing and method of adjusting the human body movement.On the back curve was optimized,as well as the bridge seat,steering wheel,dashboard design optimization,for car seat design provides scientific basis for driving.Suggest part to optimize the design of the car driving environment,to explore the car cab man-machine-environment system overall performance to achieve the optimal factor,for the design of the cabin environment safety,comfort and agreeableness provides a certain reference.
