摘要
在组织心理学、公共管理以及管理学中,工作满意度一直是研究者和实践者们最感兴趣和最中心的话题。它被研究和感兴趣的主要原因在于工作满意度涉及到积极性、生产率、组织承诺和出勤率、人员调整以及人际关系等方面。工作满意度是企业组织成功的重要因素,是员工与企业组织和管理者之间不可或缺的桥梁。在企业组织中,采取措施以使员工从他们的工作中感到满意具有非常重要的理论与实践意义。本文旨在探析工作满意度的相关影响因素,提出提高工作满意度的措施建议,以促进企业长足发展。
Job Satisfaction is the center of the topic in the Organizational Psychology, Public Management and Management. Many researchers and practitioners are always interested in it. The main reason of being interested is that Job Satisfaction involved in numerous variables, such as enthusiasm, productivity, organizational commitment and attendance, personnel adjustment, and interpersonal relationship and so forth. Job Satisfaction is very important to the success of an enterprise organization; it is an essential bridge between the staffand managers, also the bridge of the staff devote themselves to the enterprise. In the company, it is important and significant for administrators take measures to satisfy employees form their jobs. This paper aims to analyze the related influence factors of Job Satisfaction and put forward some suggestions to promote the long-term development of the organization.
