转型时期道德冷漠的伦理审视

The Ethical Survey of Moral Difference in the Transition Period

道德冷漠是一种道德麻木,是道德主体利益冲突的产物。我国目前正处于转型时期,面临着经济体制、社会结构和思想观念的转变,在这样的一个变革时期,道德领域出现了许多新问题,道德冷漠就是其中较为突出的问题之一。如果任由这种现象发展下去必将对整个道德领域产生严重的危害。不仅会导致人们道德敏感的丧失,还会导致道德情感的弱化、道德责任的丧失、道德调控的弱化等等。道德冷漠分为旁观者的冷漠和受助者的冷漠,究其产生的原因主要是由于道德主体间的利益冲突、转型时期社会环境影响与教育的冷漠。要扭转道德冷漠的问题不但要建立健全道德奖惩制度、加强社会舆论建设,还要加强公民的社会公德建设和继续开展道德教育。

Moral indifference is a kind of moral numbness, it is the outcome of conflict of interests in the society. Our country is now on the stage of transition on economy, social structures and beliefs, and during this period, many problems appeared in the moral field and moral indifference is one of the extrusive problems which will lead to the disappearance of moral sense, the reduction of moral sentiment, the loss of moral responsibility, the missing of moral control and so on. Moral indifference can be divided into two types： the witness＇ indifference and the recipients＇ indifference. The main reasons are the conflict of interests in the society, the effect of the transition environment and the indifference of education. In order to get rid of moral indifference, we must establish a comprehensive system of moral reward and punishment; to enhance the construction of public opinions; to strengthen the citizens＇ social moral sentiment and to continue the moral education.
