基于CBE模式的校企合作人才培养模式研究——以抚顺职业技术学院旅游管理专业为例

Research on the Personnel Training Mode of School Enterprise Cooperation Based on CBE Mode

在CBE培养模式研究的基础上,以抚顺职业技术学院旅游管理专业为研究对象,结合抚顺市旅游行业企业发展的现状及趋势、旅游行业对旅游专业人才需求状况、岗位能力要求等方面进行广泛、深入的社会调研和探讨。在CBE模式视角下对高职旅游管理专业以工作岗位任务为主的工学结合模式人才培养方案进行了研究,形成"能力本位,以证代考,以赛代训"的课程体系,构建了高职旅游管理专业知识、能力、素质结构,形成能力本位特色的专业人才培养模式。

Based on the study of CBE training mode, taking the tourism management specialty of Fushun Vocational Technology Institute as the research object, combining the present situation and development trend of Fushun city tourism industry and enterprise, tourism industry demand status of the talents, and post competence request, it launched the social investigation and study. From the perspective of CBE mode, it studies the talents training scheme of work-integrated learning mode, builds the curriculum system of ＆quot;CBE, test replaced by certificate, competition replacing training＆quot; course system, and constructs the professional knowledge, ability and quality structure, forming the professional training mode featured by CBE.
