以就业为导向的高职院校一直以来都重视就业竞争力的提高,强调素质教育和职业教育。应用文写作课程作为素质教育的一门基础课程历来是教学改革的重点和难点,对传统教学模式进行的教学改革很难有所突破,难以取得实效。所以,应用文写作课程应该借鉴专业课程的改革经验与思路,将行动导向教学法引入应用文写作课程的教学改革,并在应用文写作课程整体设计上融入职业岗位综合能力的培养和训练,使应用文写作课程的改革取得更符合社会实际需要的效果。

The higher vocational colleges with employment orientation have been paying attention to the improvement of employment competiveness, and emphasizing quality education and occupation education. As a basic course of quality education, practical writing course has been the focus and difficult point of teaching reform. It is hard to achieve the tangible results if the teaching reform is just based on the traditional teaching modes. In order to meet the actual needs of the society, practical writing curriculum should draw reference to the reform experience and ideas of professional course; introduce the action-oriented teaching and combine with the professional post comprehensive capacity training.
