摘要 在数控技术运用中,通过振动控制与速度控制等,在提高数控机床加工精确度的同时,也可提高加工的质量和经济效益。数控机床的智能化,运用计算机建模软件加强对机械加工的程序控制,在加强切削等环节控制能力的同时,追求高精确度的实现。机械加工精确度既体现数控机床的技术含量,也体现操作控制者技术技能水平,其与企业的发展有着直接的关系。 In the numerical control technology, through vibration control and speed control, etc., it can improve processing precision of nc machine tools, also can improve the machining quality and economic benefit. The intelligent nc machine tool uses computer modeling software to strengthen the process control of mechanical processing, during strengthening the control of the cutting link, the pursuit of high precision is achieved. Machining precision can not only reflect technical content of nc machine, but also reflect the technology skill level of operating controller, and it has a direct relationship with the development of enterprise.
