高职学生创业能力培养研究——基于思想政治教育的视角

The Research of Cultivation of Higher Vocational College Students' Entrepreneurship Ability

思想政治教育是推动高职学生塑造品质的重要保障;高职学生的思想政治水平是我国沿着社会主义道路不断前进的基本保障:我们必须加强高职学生的创业教育与思想政治教育相互渗透、相互促进。通过认识高职学生需要的创业能力,了解他们创业能力的现状,深入剖析培养其创业能力的途径:改革思想政治教育教学,促进学生观念转变;丰富校园文化生活,激发学生创新精神;鼓励学生参加创业实践,提高其抗挫折能力。

The ideological and political education is the important guarantee of shaping vocational students quality; higher vocational students＇ ideological and political level is basic guarantee of advancing along the socialist road, so it must strengthen the higher vocational students＇ entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education. By understanding the entrepreneurship capacity needed by higher vocational students, learning about the status quo of their entrepreneurial ability, it analyzes the methods of entrepreneurship cultivation： reforming ideological and political education, promoting students＇ conceptual change, enriching campus culture life, and inspiring students＇ innovative spirit, encourages students to participate in entrepreneurial practice, and improves their ability to resist frustrations.
