目前,三本院校招生规模逐年增加,而学校体育资源增加速度相对滞后,这给三本高校公共体育教学带来很多不便。因此,必须建立有利于三本高校体育教师发展的人事制度,建立科学合理的体育器材配备制度,建立大学生体育保险保障体系,加大发展高校体育教学的力度。
