食管胃结合部肿瘤20例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 20 coses of gastroesopeal junction tumors

目的探究食管胃结合部肿瘤的临床特点、治疗方式、治疗预后内容。方法选取本院自2011年1月—2012年1月收治的食管胃结合部肿瘤患者20例,对患者各项状况进行观察、分析。结果食管胃结合部肿瘤主要以溃疡型为主;中、高分化程度占总体40.0%,中、低分化程度占总体的60.0%;淋巴结转移总体为16例(80.0%),进展期癌总体为19例(95.0%)。治疗生存率达到80%。结论结合各项临床特征进行综合控制可以在很大程度上提升治疗效果。

Objective To explore clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis of content the esophagogastric junction cancer treatment. Methods The 20 cases of esophageal and gastric cancer patients treated in this hospital from 2011 January to 2012 January were selected, observe and analyze the status of patients. Results The esophagogastric junction cancer mainly ulcer type, high degree of differentiation; in total 40%, middle low differentiation degree account for 60% of the total; lymph node metastasis in 16 cases （80%） 19 cases of advanced stage cancer, for the general （95%）. The survival rate of 80%. Conclusion Combined with the clinical features of the comprehensive control can improve the therapeutic effect to a great extent.
