摘要
目的：探讨双侧额叶脑挫裂伤手术指征及诊治方法。方法回顾性分析了2005年12月-2012年3月间在我院神经外科住院诊治的90例双侧额叶脑挫裂伤患者的病历资料。结果90例患者中，治愈的有25例，好转的有41例，放弃的有10例，死亡的有14例；其中62例患者出院后获得随访，随访时间6~22个月，平均14个月，予以GOS预后评分：良好48例，中残9例，重残5例。结论应该严密观察双侧额叶脑挫裂伤患者的病情变化，监测患者的生命体征，警惕发生中央型脑疝，掌握合理的手术指征，及时开颅手术，改善预后。
Objective The objective is to investigate the bilateral frontal lobe contusion surgery and diagnosis. Methods A retro-spective analysis of 90 patients with bilateral frontal lobe contusion from December 2005 to March 2012 in our hospital. Results The results are that after treatment to 90 patients,36 patients are cured,32 are improved,8 cases abandon the treatment and there are 14 cases of death. Conclusion Patients with bilateral frontal lobe contusion disease should be closely observed;monitoring the patient＆#39;s vital signs;be alert about delayed hernia and surgical indications must be relaxed when surgery is carried out.
