摘要
目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中组织因子途径抑制物-2(TFPI-2)和趋化因子受体-4(CXCR4)蛋白表达与临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测60例NSCLC癌组织及癌旁组织及10例正常组织中的TFPI-2及CXCR4,并分析TFPI-2和CXCR4的表达水平与性别、年龄、组织类型、分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移的关系。结果 TFPI-2在NSCLC组织中的表达水平明显低于癌旁组织和正常组织,CXCR4表达水平在癌组织中明显高于癌旁组织和正常组织(P<0.05)。TFPI-2和CXCR4表达与性别、年龄、组织类型、分化程度、TNM分期无关,仅仅与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。TFPI-2和CXCR4在NSCLC组织中呈现负相关(r=-0.26,P<0.05)。结论 TFPI-2可能通过抑制增高的CXCR4表达来影响肿瘤的迁徙转移。
Objective To explore the expression of tissue factor way inhibitor-2 (TFPI-2 )and chemokine receptor-4 (CXCR4)protein,clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis in the non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods The expression of TFPI-2 and CXCR4 in tumor issues and adjacent normal lung tissues collected from 60 NSCLC patients,and normal tissue collected from 10 healthy subjects were detected by immunohistochemistry.The correlation of the level of CXCR4 and TFPI-2 and the gender,age,histological type,degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage was analyzed.Results The level of TFPI-2 in tumor tissues was significantly lower than that in carcinoma adjacent tissues and normal tissues,and the level of CXCR4 in the tumor tissue is obvi-ously higher than that in the carcinoma adjacent tissues and normal tissues (P〈0.05 ).There was an correlation of TFPI-2 and CXCR4 level with lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05 ),but this correlation was not seen in the gender, age,histological type,degree of differentiation and TNM staging.The TFPI-2level was negatively correlated with CX-CR4 level in NSCLC (r=0.26,P〈0.05 ).Conclusions TFPI-2 may influence the migration of tumor metastasis through the inhibition of increased CXCR4 expression.
