摘要
目的研究某些皮肤病中细胞免疫功能改变情况。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体SIL2R,流式细胞仪测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群D3+、CD4+、CD8+,及红细胞C3b受体花环RBCC3bRR和红细胞免疫复合物花环RBCICR试验。结果皮肤病组SIL2R明显高于正常组P0.01,T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+与正常组比较明显降低P0.01,CD4+/CD8+与正常组比较降低P0.05,RBCC3bRR较正常组明显降低P0.01,RBCICR与正常组比较明显增高P0.01。结论某些皮肤病中存在细胞免疫功能改变。
Aim To study cellular immune function and erythrocyte immune function in patients with different skin diseases Methods the levels of soluble interleukin 2receptors(SIL 2R)were measured by ELISA,T lymplocyte subsets (CD3+、CD4+and CD8+)were also evaluated by flow cytometry(FCM). The red blood cell C3b receptor rosette (RBC C3bRR),red blood cell immune complexs resette(RBC ICR)were measured. Result serum SIL 2R levels were significantly higher in different skin diseases than in normal subjects(P∨0.01),CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ were statistic allylower in normal subjects(P∨0.01).CD4+/CD8+ ratio were lower than in normal subjects(P∨0.05). RBC c3bRR were significantly decreased(P∨0.01)RBC ICR were significantly increased(P∨0.01). Conclusion It showed that aberrantion of cell immune function may be important part of the pathogenesis of skin diseases.-BDC acts as a bridge to bond two neighboring zinc ions,leading to an infinite o ne-dimensional chainlike coordination polymer.Each chain wa s linked by hydrogen bonds with its neighbors to form a two-dimensional net.Keywords:zinc complex hydrogen bon d crystal structure two-dimensional coordination poly mer
