摘要 高校"去行政色彩"的呼声日益高涨,高校管理方法不断革新,转型期社会各类矛盾不断涌现,"法治思维和法治方式"成为化解矛盾的新路径。"法治思维和法治方式"明确了法律文化在高校解构、化解矛盾中的优越性,其具体运用亦应分别从人、事、物等方面进行探讨,以顺应当前高校的法治化进程。 Against the backdrop of rising appeal of "de-administration" in colleges, it is necessary to transform university management and solve efficiently the conflicts. The thinking guided by law and action guided by law has become a new path to resolve the disputes and conflicts. The thinking guided by law and action guided by law represents the superiority of the legal culture in dispute deconstruction and resolution. Its implementation is also separate- ly explored in this paper in terms of specific subjects, events, and objects, in order to follow the legalization in universities.
