摘要
目的 观察胶原和弹性纤维的积累及其与自体移植静脉 (autologous vein grafts,AVG)狭窄的关系 .方法 建立兔自体颈外静脉移植模型 ,用计算机图像分析 ,测量胶原和弹性纤维在新生内膜的面积以及 , 型胶原蛋白表达灰度值 .结果 移植后 2~ 12 wk胶原和弹性纤维面积逐渐增加 , , 型胶原蛋白表达也逐渐增强 .结论 静脉移植后胶原和弹性纤维逐渐积累 ,其含量与管腔减少正相关 ,胶原在管腔中的作用大于弹性纤维 ,胶原蛋白中 型胶原作用大于 型胶原 .
AIM To observe the accumulation of collagen and elastin fibres and its correlation with (autologous vein grafts, AVG) cavity loss. METHODS To establish the rabbit model of AVG, the area of collagen and elastin fibres and the expression of collagenⅠand collagen Ⅲ were assayed quantitatively in neointima. RESULTS Area of collagen and elastin fibres increased gradually;the percentages of two fibres in intimal area were correlated positively with the cavity loss rate of the AVG during 4~12 weeks after implantation. The ex pression of collagenⅠand collagen Ⅲ also increased. CONCLUSION Collagen and elastin fibres accumulate gradually and play a critical role in the cavity loss of the AVG. Collagen is more important than elastin fibres, and collagenⅠplays the main part.
