不同人群H7N9禽流感知识掌握情况调查与分析

Survey and analysis on knowledge mastering condition on H7N9 avian influenza for different populations

目的了解桐乡市不同人群对H7N9禽流感的基本认知和态度,为制定适宜的健康教育策略提供科学依据。方法自行设计不同人群(高危人群、脆弱人群、城乡社区居民)H7N9知识掌握情况调查问卷,其中高危人群和脆弱人群调查采用拦截式调查,城乡社区居民用分层多阶段整群随机抽样,共随机选取1 000人进行自填式问卷调查。结果收回有效问卷985份,不同人群对疾病咨询电话知晓程度较高,不同人群对"常开窗通风""文明咳嗽""避免接触鸡、鸭、鸽等家禽"预防措施知晓率较高;电视是各类人群获得H7N9禽流感信息的主要来源,脆弱人群从周围人谈论中获取知识成为其获得信息的第二途径,高危人群和城乡社区居民将网络视为人们获得相关信息的第二途径。结论高危人群疾病相关知识及预防措施总体知晓程度高于其他两类人群。

Objective To study the basic cognition and attitude on H7N9 avian influenza for different populations to provide evidence for health education. Method Design knowledge mastering condition questionnaire on H7N9 for different populations （high--risk population, vulnerable population and residents in urban and rural communities）. Investigate high-- risk population and vulnerable population by intercept investigation. Investigate residents in urban and rural communities by stratified cluster random sampling. Choose 1 000 people randomly to receive self--administered questionnaire. Result 985 valid questionnaires are received. Different populations have high cognition level on disease consulting phone number. Different populations have higher awareness rate on preventions of ＂regular ventilation＂, ＂polite cough＂, ＂avoid access to chick- en, duck and pigeon＂. Television is the main access to H7N9 information. Communication with people around is the second way to acquire information for vulnerable population. Internet is the second way to acquire information for high--risk population and residents in urban and rural communities. Conclusion High--risk population has higher cognition level on disease and prevention measures than vulnerable population and residents in urban and rural communities.
