妇科术后留置导尿拔管后再置管的相关因素分析

Analysis on related factors of re-indwelling Foley catheter for patients after gynecologic operation

目的分析妇科术后留置导尿拔管后再置管的相关因素。方法对552例妇科术后留置导尿管患者资料进行分析,对拔管后再置管进行单因素分析和Logistic回归分析。结果单因素及Logistic回归分析均显示:手术时间、手术范围、留置导尿管时间、盆底肌锻炼与拔管时机选择等因素与发生妇科术后尿潴留相关。结论妇科术后留置导尿拔管后并发尿潴留再置管的影响因素较多,采取综合护理措施,严格把握拔管时机,能有效减少导尿管再置率。

Objective To analyze the related factors of re--indwelling after Foley catheter extubation after gynecologic operation. Method Analyze the information of 552 patients with indwelling catheter after gynecologic operation, Take single factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis on re--indwelling after catheter extubation. Result Single factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis show that operation time, operation range, indwelling time, pelvic floor exercises and time of removing the indwelling catheter are related to postoperative uroschesis. Conclusion Re--indwelling after catheter extu- bation caused by postoperative uroschesis is related to many factors. Take comprehensive nursing intervention and control time of removing the indwelling catheter can reduce the rate of re--indwelling.
