The models for operational management are classified from the perspective of urban rail transit management, and the paper proposes an integrated management model and a multi-body management model. The advantages and disadvantages of integrated and multi-body management models are compared. With analysis of various factors including the impact on management model selection and operational management positioning for urban rail transit, the paper is trying to provide the city managers references in their decisions making.
