摘要
水生态环境保护是中国生态文明建设的重要内容,是实现经济社会可持续发展的重要环节。总结分析了日本滋贺县在保护琵琶湖水生态环境过程中的一些成功经验。全民参与的环保运动、合理行政制度条例的制定和企业高度的环保担当精神是琵琶湖水生态环境保护成功的关键举措。基于对琵琶湖水生态环境保护经验的深入剖析,提出了5条建议以推动中国水生态环境保护事业的发展。
Water ecological environmental protection（WEEP） is an important content of the construction of ecological civiliza- tion and is the key step for economic and social sustainable development of China. Some successful experiences of Lake Biwa WEEP in Shiga were summarized and analyzed. Reasons that lead to the success of Lake Biwa WEEP are that the environmental protection movement involved all the local people, design of the rational administrative system about Lake Biwa protection and the high spirit of the ~ocal enterprise toward the environment in Shiga. Five suggestions were put forward for WEEP in China.
