摘要
介绍了护理硕士专业学位及职业嵌入相关概念的界定及内涵、国内外护理硕士专业学位研究生教育现状,认为探索构建适合我国国情并与国际接轨的护理硕士专业学位研究生职业嵌入培养模式是目前护理硕士专业学位研究生教育的重点。
It introduced the definition and connotation of related concepts in master of nursing specialist and occupation embedded,and status quo of domestic and foreign master of nursing specialist graduate education.It thought that it was the key in present master of nursing specialist graduate education to explore and construct the master of nursing specialist graduate occupation embedded training mode which is suitable for China＆#39;s national conditions and linked with international standards.
