摘要 Krüppel样转录因子2(KLF2)是Krüppel转录因子家族的成员之一,参与细胞分化和组织发育。最近研究表明KLF2在调节血管生理功能中起重要作用,本文主要概括KLF2对血管内皮细胞生物活性的调节。 Kruppel-like factor 2 is one of the members of the zinc finger family of transcription factors that has been implicated as playing key roles in regulating cellular differentiation and tissue development. Over the past several years, studies support an important role of this factor in vascular biology. This review summarized the role of Kruppel-like factor 2 in endothelial cell biology.
