聚驱抽油防偏磨配套工艺的研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 七东1区克下组油藏聚驱工业化试验井见聚后,抽油机交变载荷增大,抽油杆柱偏磨、断脱频繁,检泵周期大幅缩短。通过杆柱受力、断脱机理研究,发现产出液具有较强的腐蚀性,其密度、粘度导致杆柱受力变化,井斜加剧偏磨,在偏磨与腐蚀共同作用下促进了断脱失效频繁发生。通过研究和现场应用,形成了七东1聚驱工业化试验抽油井管杆防偏磨配套工艺技术,平均延长检泵周期达193天以上,为新疆油田30万吨聚合物驱重大试验项目提供了技术支持。 Seven East 1 section T2k1 group of polymer flooding industrialization test wells after polymer,alternating oil pumping machine load is geting more,the eccentric wear of rod string is starting,the breaking off occurs frequently,the pump inspection period shortens a lot. Through the study of stress of sucker rod,breaking off mechanism,it is found that the output liquid has a strong corrosive,and the density,viscosity leads to rod force changes,deviation aggravates eccentric wear,two of which results in the breaking of corrosion failure of broken off frequently. Through the research and field application,the combingtion of seven East 1 polymer flooding industrialization test pumping tube and rod eccentric wear prevention techniques,is put forward,whtich makes pump detection period long er more than 193 days,and it provides technical support for the Xinjiang oilfield polymer flooding pilot project of 300000 tons.
