摘要
作为文化产业之一的贵州演艺业,正面临着转企改制后的机遇与挑战。最要紧的问题是怎样借鉴国内外院团的成功案例,扬长避短,建立贵州的演艺舰队,打造贵州的演艺品牌。不仅要让贵州的文化名片走出去,更重要的是要走进去、走下去。本文主要从这几方面进行理论上探讨,并提出建议及应对措施。
As one of Chinese cultural industries, the show business in Guizhou is experiencing a new opportunity and challenge after its enterprise restructuring and what are of great urgency is how to draw on successful experiences of other troupes home and abroad and make the best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages, how to establish a strong and excellent performing squadron and how to create a famous brand. The most important is not only to make our Guizhou business culture step out, but also make it go farther. This paper discusses these problems based on some relevant theories and offer some suggestions and corresponding countermeasures.
