全程优质护理在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果

The Application Effect of the Whole Course High Quality Nursing Care in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:探讨全程优质护理在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2012年2月-2013年1月收治的60例急性心肌梗死的作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用常规性护理措施,观察组采用全程优质护理措施。观察比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:通过全程优质护理,观察组的住院时间明显短于对照组,平均住院费用明显少于对照组,治疗满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死患者采用全程优质护理的临床护理效果明显优于常规性护理,能够提高患者满意度,降低患者住院时间及住院费用,值得在临床护理中应用。

Objective：To investigate the application effect of whole course high quality nursing care in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method：60 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were treated in our hospital from February 2012 to January 2013 were selected as research subjects,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care measures,and the observation group was given whole course high quality nursing care measures. The nursing efficacy between the two groups was observed and compared.Result：Through the whole course high quality nursing care,length of hospital stay of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,the average cost of hospitalization was significantly less than the control group,treatment satisfaction rate was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical nursing effect of whole course high quality nursing care of patients with acute myocardial infarction is better than conventional care,can improve the satisfaction of patients,reduce length of hospital stay and hospitalization expenses.It is worthy of clinical care application.
