Development of Acupuncture Effect on Normalizing Gallbladder Research

综述近年来针灸利胆作用的基础研究进展 ,分析针灸对胆囊、胆管压力 ,胆汁流量和胆汁成分的影响 ,认为在特定实验条件下针灸肝、胆经穴位、耳穴及配合其他穴位对胆道系统及胆囊功能具有明显影响 ,且胆汁成分也发生相应的改变。针灸效应与动物机能状态及针刺手法有关。针灸利胆作用机理及作用途径研究较少 。

Summarized the development of basic study of acupuncture effect on normalizing gallbladder in recent years. Analyzed the effect of acupuncture on gallbladder,biliary duct pressure,flow and component of bile. It is definite that acupuncture the points of liver channel, gallbladder channel, ear acupoints and other special points are effective for the function of biliary tract and gallbladder.Furthermore, the component of bile is changed correspondingly under the special experiment condition. Acupuncture effect is concened with animals' functional state and manipulation of acupuncture. There are only a few studies on acupunctare effect on normalizing gallbladder, so the clear and unambiguous mechanism of its normalizing gallbladder effect deserves further research.
