摘要
本文针对大学生就业难的问题,从大学生就业的整体形势、大学生就业难的主观原因、客观原因等3方面进行了分析,提出了方向性的指导,阐述了职业指导对大学生就业的重要意义。
As for the problem of college students＇ employment difficulties, this paper gives an analysis from the perspectives of the overall situation of college students＇ employment, the subjective reasons for their employment difficulties and the objective reasons. Then it comes up with directional guidance and sets forth the significant meanings of tire vocational guidance.
