Study on the Construction of Teachers Team Cooperation in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Building Productive Practice Training Base

校企共建校内生产性实训基地是高职院校工学结合的有效途径,文章以晋城职业技术学院机电一体化专业为例,就高职教育校内生产性实训基地师资队伍建设中存在的问题进行阐述,并结合目前师资队伍现状,提出机电专业校企合作加强校内生产性实训基地师资队伍建设的策略,为同类院校实训基地建设提供参考。

The combination of working and learning is an important way for vocational colleges to cultivate the talents with advanced skills. It has various forms,among which the construction of the productive training bases on campus by the cooperation of school and enterprise is a very effective way. Taking the major of mechanics and electronics integration in Jincheng Institute of Technology as an example,the paper discusses about the problems existing in the teaching staff construction of the productive training bases on campus, combines the current situation of the teaching st＇aft construction and puts forward some strategies about the teaching staff construction of the productive training bases on campus by the cooperation of school and enterprise so as to provide reference for the similar schools to construct the training bases.
