摘要
程伊川《尧典》解是其《书解》中比较完备的篇章。伊川认为,"治道"之成始于尧。其根本即在于尧之治理本于客观法度,由此形成的典常法则足以垂宪后世。要而言之,本于"义理"所安以为治,明用俊德之人乃为治之先,治理的目的在于"正家",分官设职,明确政治责任,选贤与能。它们勾勒出了华夏治理之道的基本规模。
Cheng Yi,in his commentary on the Yao Canon in the Classic of the Documents,points out that Yao lays the foundation for Confucian politics.The reason lies in that Yao's governance observes the natural rules and provides the permanent constitutional paradigm for the late world.In short,the ideal politics roots in what the rule and principles dictate,the foremost step to govern is trusting and employing the virtuous and able elites,governance evolves from correcting such primary social unit as clans,political obligations should be made clear and fair through a proper public system.All define the basic structure of Confucian governance.
