中小型制造企业生产异常管理系统应用与研究

A Study on the Application of Management System to Abnormal Production in Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises

针对中小型制造企业生产异常不能及时反馈和处理,以及生产效率和交货期等难以管控的现状,设计了一套对生产过程进行控制的可行性方案,构建了一种可支持车间生产异常事件信息实时采集、快速分析、趋势预判和综合查询的信息管理系统,全面提高了中小型制造企业对生产异常情况处理的及时性、有效性,实现了处理的规范化、标准化和信息化,产生了良好的经济效益。

For the sake of solving the problems such as not being able to give timely feedback and operate normally including the situation when it is difficult to control production efficiency and delivery time in small medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, an applicable scheme monitoring the production process and controlling the abnormal operation has been designed. According to the scheme an information management system that can collect real time workshop abnormal operation data, conduct rapid analysis, forecast the trend of production and provide comprehensive queries has been established. With this system the tackling of abnormal production problems is more timely and valid than before in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises from an overall perspective and the application of this system has realized the standardization and informatization of processing in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, thus producing good economic profits.
