民办高校大学生对辅导员角色期望的调查研究——基于对广东省5所民办高校的调查

Research of Role Expectation for Counselors in Private Colleges ——Based on a Survey in 5 Private Colleges in Guangdong

通过民办高校大学生对辅导员任职条件、基本素质和工作职责的期望等方面的调查,采用spss19.0统计软件包对数据进行分析和处理,反映出学生因年级和任职的不同对辅导员的任职条件存在显著性差异,对辅导员的基本素质和工作能力期望也较高。调查与分析的结果为民办高校辅导员队伍职业化和专业化建设提供了必要的参考。

This survey, of which data has been analyzed and dealt with by using spssl9.0 software package, mainly focuses on students＇ expectation for counselors in aspects of qualifications, basic qualities and responsibilities. It indicates a significant difference in students＇ understanding of counselors＇ qualifications due to different grades or students＇ work they undertake and generally speaking they have a higher expectation for the counselors with regard to their basic qualities and capabilities. The results of this survey may cast light upon the development of professional counselors in private colleges.
