近十年民办本科应用型人才培养研究综述

A Review of the Researches on Cultivating Practical Trained Personnel in Private Colleges for the Past Decade

近十年来,我国学术界对民办本科应用型人才培养进行了大量研究,在应用型人才的内涵,应用型人才培养模式、存在的问题与对策等方面进行了较深入的探讨,取得了较多的成果,对应用型人才的培养起到了一定的促进作用。当然,这方面的研究还存在表层化、浅层化、雷同化、方法单一等不足,对此提出一些建议。

For the past decade, extensive researches have been conducted on cultivating practical tralned personnel in private colleges throughout the academic world in China. And further discussions have been had and positive results have been yielded in aspects of the model and connotation of cultivating practical trained personnel, its exisiting problems and its solutions as well, which has contributed a great deal to the cultivation of practical trained personnel. However, problems do exist, such as lacking in depth, similarities of the research and singleness of the research method. Here some suggestions are presented.
