天然植物消毒液对禽舍和饮水病原微生物杀灭作用及影响因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究天然植物消毒液杀菌作用的影响因素及效果,将天然植物消毒液与混有小牛血清的菌液混合作用后,观察其对致病菌的作用,以检验有机物对天然植物消毒液杀菌效能的影响,并将天然植物消毒液作用于禽舍和饮水后分别进行活菌计数,以研究其对禽舍和饮水中细菌的杀灭作用。结果表明:天然植物消毒液与混有不同浓度小牛血清的菌液混合作用后,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀菌率均能达到99.9%以上,说明天然植物消毒液的杀菌效能不受有机物的影响。天然植物消毒液1∶5和1∶10倍稀释后对禽舍中细菌的杀灭率分别为98.39%和96.37%;天然植物消毒液1∶5和1∶20倍稀释后对饮水中细菌的杀灭率均为100%,1∶80倍稀释后对饮水中细菌的杀灭率为74.19%。 To study the stability and disinfection efficacy of natural plant disinfectants, the impact of organics on efficacy of natural plant disinfectant, as well as bactericidal effect on bacteria in poultry houses and drinking water were discussed in this paper. After blending of natural plant disinfectant and bacteria liquid mixed with fetal bovine serum (FBS),the stability of natural plant disinfectant was evaluated. Survival cell count assay was used to detect the bactericidal effect in poultry houses and drinking water. The results showed that: after natural plant disinfectant was blended with different concentrations of FBS,the bactericidal rate was above 99.9% both against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, suggested that the bactericidal effect of natural plant disinfectant was not affected by organics. The bactericidal rate for poultry houses and drinking water was 98.39% ,96.37% and 100%, 100% after natural plant disinfectant had been diluted by 1: 5, 1:10 and 1: 5, 1:20 respectively, and bactericidal rate in drinking water .was 74.19% after natural plant disinfectant was diluted by 1:80.
