摘要 招投标与合同管理能力是工程管理类本科专业学生必须掌握的核心能力,然而国内并未建立相应的能力标准,导致招投标与合同管理工作坊实践能力培养方案中教学内容安排不当,学生能力训练不足。采用扎根理论构建了国内招投标与合同管理能力模型,重点考察了以能力标准转换为核心的实践教学内容设计,以期解决实践教学中能力标准与能力培养之间的衔接问题,确保实践教学内容与能力相对应及学生能力训练安排合理。研究结果显示,工作坊实践教学将能力标准中的能力要求转化为外显成果需要建立3个关键环节:一是基于能力标准的实践教学任务分解,二是实践教学任务完成中的过关问题设置,三是实践教学任务完成的成果文件的规范和评价标准。 Abstract :The core competence that the applied undergraduate students should be mastered is the biding and contract management competence. However, the appropriate competence has not established in the domestic. Through the grounded theory category code, the abilities of biding and contract management are coding and a mode of ability. It mainly studies the ability standard conversion as the core of practice teaching content design, in order to solve practical teaching ability linking problem between standard and ability training, to ensure that the practice teaching content with the ability to response, and make sure that the students' ability training arrangement is reasonable. Results show that the workshop practice teaching ability capacity requirements of the standard can be converted to explicit results need to set up three key areas: one is based on the practice of ability standard teaching task decomposition, the second is how to set the pass problems in practice teaching task, the third is the result of practice teaching task to complete file of standard and evaluation standard.
