血管内皮生长因子与甲状腺癌 被引量:11

摘要 血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)是强有力的促血管生成因子 ,在甲状腺癌的生长和转移中占重要地位。VEGF在甲状腺癌中有高水平的表达 ,以旁分泌的方式刺激甲状腺癌的血管生成 ,从而间接地促进甲状腺癌发展。VEGF的高水平表达不是恶性肿瘤的标志 ,而是疾病活跃的标志。甲状腺癌VEGF水平越高 ,恶性程度越高。甲状腺癌VEGF的分泌受促甲状腺激素促进 ,受醋酸苯酯抑制。针对VEGF的抗甲状腺癌治疗具有很好的临床前景。
