摘要
对镀银锦纶电磁反射面织物材料进行拉伸、撕裂、顶破力学性能测试,得到了材料的抗拉强力、撕裂强力、顶破强力、双轴拉伸弹性模量和泊松比。实验结果表明:反射面织物材料拉伸性能符合机织物拉伸性能特点;双轴拉伸求得的织物弹性模量较小;织物的经向撕裂强力大于纬向;顶破试样裂口形式表现为纬纱的断裂。
Mechanical test of the tensile, tear and bursting properties of the electromagnetic reflecting surface of silver-plated nylon fabric obtained the tensile strength, tear force and bursting strength as well as the biaxial tensile elastic modulus and poisson' s ration. The result shows that the tensile property of the reflecting surface is conformed to that of the woven fabric ; the elastic modulus gotten from biaxial tensile is smaller; the tear force in warp direction is stronger than that in the latitudinal; the breakage of weft yarn is the main failure model of bursting test.
