全聚赛络纺集聚负压对成纱性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 全聚纺是一种新型窄槽式负压罗拉型紧密纺系统。全聚赛络纺是将全聚纺与赛络纺纱技术相结合的一种纺纱方法,可显著提高成纱质量。叙述了全聚赛络纺纱的技术原理;在4种不同集聚负压下分别纺制29.2、14.6、9.7 tex全聚赛络纱,分析负压对纱线条干、强力、毛羽性能的影响。结果表明:对于成纱条干,纺制粗特纱时,负压较大有利于改善纱线的条干,而在纺制中、细特纱时负压应适当减小;对于成纱强力,选择较大的负压有助于提高粗特纱的强力,纺制中、细特纱应适当降低负压;当负压增大时,纱线的3 mm以上有害毛羽逐渐减少。 Complete condensing spinning is a new kind of hollow roller negative pressure compact spinning system with strip groove structure. Complete condensing Siro-spinning is a new kind of spinning by combing the spinning method of the complete condensing spinning with Siro-spinning, which can significantly improve the yarn quality. The principle of complete condensing Siro-spinning is briefly described in this paper. And 29.2tex, 14.6tex and 9.7tex complete condensing Sirospun yarns are spun under four different concentration negative pressures with effect of negative pressure on yarn evenness, strength and hairiness analyzed. The result shows that the greater negative pressure will help to improve yarn evenness when spinning coarse yarn while the negative pressure should be controlled appropriately when spinning medium and fine count yarns. Meanwhile, negative pressure should be selected larger for improving coarse yarn strength while negative pressure should be controlled properly when spinning medium and fine count yarns. Furthermore, yarn harmful hairiness of over 3mm will be reduced gradually when the negative pressure is increased.
