桑蚕丝冰爽纤维交织面料的开发及性能研究

Development and performance study of fabrics interwoven by silk and Icy fibers

以粘胶和涤纶的共纺复合丝(冰爽纤维)、桑蚕丝为原料,通过纹织物组织结构和织造工艺流程的设计,开发交织面料。经测试发现,新品面料的外观结构、手感风格、功能指标等均符合使用性能要求。开发的面料兼具天然纤维的舒适性和化学纤维的凉爽和吸湿排汗功能,手感柔软,悬垂效果好。

Take composite filaments of Viscose fiber and polyester fiber （ice fiber） and raw silk as raw material and through jacquard weaving process flow design to develop new interwoven fabrics. After test, the new fabric is proved to meet the requirements in appearance structure, hand style and performance index. This fabric features comfort ability of natural fibers and cool property and moisture absorption and sweat releasing function of chemical fibers as well as its soft touch and good draping effect.
