摘要
采用平板分离法从三亚亚龙湾海水样品中,分离获得1株热带海洋产油脂微藻,油脂含量高达34.05%,油脂产量为0.184 g/L。利用扫描电镜形态观察与分子鉴定相结合的技术手段,确定了该热带海洋产油脂微藻属于双眉藻属的Amphora Montana。
One strain tropical marine oily microalgae was obtained from seawater of Yalong Bay in Sanya by streak plate separation method, and its oil content and oil productivity were up to 34. 05% and 0. 184 g/L respectively. Combining morphological observation by scanning electron microscopy with molecular identification technique, the tropical marine oily microalgae was identified as Amphora Montana.
